Only if you are unable to attend the new date you can request a refund within 30 days (counting from 19/01/2021), provided that you provide proof of the reason.
Read more about the conditions and further processing on the refund form. If, after these 30 days, exceptional circumstances arise that prevent you from attending the event, please contact us. That way we can review with you whether you meet the conditions for a refund.
Circumstances covered by the optional cancellation insurance are not covered.
