E-tickets
If you still haven't received your e-ticket(s) and the event is about to take place, please check the steps below before contacting us:
- Check your account on our website. Via 'My orders' you can see if your e-ticket(s) have already been made available for download.
- Can't find an order in your account? Then there is still a chance that you have made your reservation with another account. It often happens that an account with an old e-mail address has been used. In that case, try to log in with the correct details.
- Still no order in any of your online accounts? Then it is possible that the reservation has been made with an account that contains an incorrect e-mail address. In that case it is best to contact our Customer Experience Center.
- Is there no time left to contact us? Then you can always go to the box office on the day of the event itself. Be sure to bring your proof of payment, and they will be happy to help you. The box office is usually open from 90 minutes before and until the start of the event.
Tickets by post
If you still haven't received your ticket(s) by post and the event is approaching, please contact our Customer Experience Center.
Is there no time left to contact us? Then you can go to the box office on the day of the event itself. Be sure to bring your proof of payment and reservation number and they will be happy to help you. The box office is usually open from 90 minutes before and until the start of the event.
