After changing your password, please wait a few minutes before logging in again. Preferably do not use a tablet or smartphone, a different browser can also help if you experience technical problems.
Sometimes it happens that something goes wrong behind the scenes with the synchronisation after you have changed your password. Then you end up in an endless vicious circle where you can't log in.
How do I reserve my tickets?
You can choose to create a new account with an email address that is not yet registered in our database. You then reserve your tickets with your new account. Be aware not to use a misspelled or non-existent email address or you will miss out on important e-mail communication and possibly lose your tickets!
You can also contact our Customer Experience Center to complete your reservation and we will manually solve the synchronisation problem for you.
