There are two scenarios for events in our venues. Which scenario is applied is a decision made by the organiser.
Events with Social Distance Seating (SDS)
The first scenario is the one with traditional corona measures, such as wearing a mouth mask and keeping your distance. For these events, we apply the principle of social distance seating, which means that a seat is kept free between each reservation.
- limited capacity and controlled arrival times for visitors
- a social distance seat between each reservation
- respecting social distance
- mouth mask obligatory at all times in our venues
- limited food and beverage service; food and beverages must be consumed at your seat
Important! Visitors do not have to present a negative PCR test or a vaccination certificate. This only applies to mass events.

Events with the Covid Safe Ticket
The second possible scenario grants visitors access to the venue thanks to the Covid Safe Ticket. Visitors who have been fully vaccinated for at least two weeks, have tested negative or have recently recovered from an infection and can prove this via the CovidSafe app, are granted access to the event. The event itself can then take place without distance rules or mouth masks. It is the visitor's responsibility to conform to these safety regulations. For logistical reasons, the Sportpaleis Group cannot provide test facilities in any of its venues.
