If your reservation is still visible in 'My Orders' in your online profile, your refund request has not yet been processed. It can take up to 3 weeks for your request to be processed.
If your reservation is no longer visible in 'My Orders' in your online profile, we may have cancelled your reservation in order to process your refund. It may take up to 3 weeks for the refund to appear on your account.
It is essential that your application is complete. Incomplete requests or requests for which a proof is missing will not be processed.
