For most events sold through fastselling, you can only pay online (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Bancontact or iDeal (NL)). In other words, what is not presented as a payment method is not available.
When paying online, immediately after booking you will see a link to Ingenico's secure payment page. Click on the link and make the payment immediately. Be sure to keep your payment card and card reader (digipass) nearby or use a mobile banking app.
If you do not succeed in paying immediately and the payment period is limited to 30 minutes, log on to our website. You will find the payment link in 'My orders' on our website. If bank transfer is available as a payment method, you may receive the payment invitation a few hours after making your reservation.
Please note that you may not receive immediate confirmation of your payment. We are dependent on our partner Worldline for the confirmation of the payments themselves. They may also experience delays with very large payment volumes.
If you do not pay (on time) your reservation will be deleted and we will release the reserved tickets again.
