We have to justify every reimbursement. The Ministerial Decree of 19 March 2020, 18 September 2020 and 29 December 2021 regulates this as follows: As an exception to paragraph 1, the holder of the ticket is entitled to a refund if he provides proof that he is unable to attend the event on the new date.
The submission of a proof is thus required by law.
You can still send us this proof along with your reservation number, IBAN account number and BIC code via this form. Please note that simply uploading your tickets does NOT count as proof. Possible reasons for not showing up are a medical procedure, a marriage, studies or a planned trip.
Is your event no longer listed in the form? Then the official deadline to request a refund has already passed. But no worries! You can still submit a request through our Customer Experience Center, and a colleague will carefully review your request.
