When an event is rescheduled or cancelled (not because of corona), we inform every ticket buyer via e-mail as soon as the organiser confirms it to us.
Will my tickets remain valid?
In the e-mail that you receive about the postponement, it is clearly mentioned whether your (old) tickets remain valid or that you will receive new tickets. TIP: In 'My orders' you can consult all your active orders and download your active tickets.
A refund is possible when an organiser decides to postpone or cancel the event. The email you receive usually contains a link to the refund form. In some cases you will be refunded automatically.
Please note that there is a time limit for requesting a refund.
