If an organiser or artist has to cancel a planned event or concert, we will inform every ticket buyer by email.
Rumours about cancellations or rescheduling sometimes already circulate on social media. However, we only take action when
- the organiser confirms the cancellation or postponement to us
- the organiser provides us with the texts needed to inform the ticket buyers.
When an event or concert is rescheduled to another date (or venue) it will be indicated whether the tickets remain valid (in which case you can just use the tickets mentioning the original date or venue) or whether new tickets will be sent.
A refund is always possible in case of a cancellation or re-scheduling. The email you receive usually contains a link to the refund page.
Even if that link is not available in the email, you can still go to the refund page and search for the event in the drop-down menu.
PLEASE NOTE: Both in case of a transfer and in case of a cancellation a closing date is foreseen! It is important to take this into account and respond before this date.
You can only use the form if the event in question is (still) listed in the drop-down menu. A request submitted for event A via the form for event B cannot be processed.
When moving an event, it is possible to request a partial refund if you do not want to keep all your tickets. If the tickets have already been sent out, you will in any case receive NEW tickets for the number of seats you wish to keep. It is possible that these will be different seats than those originally booked for you.
