You buy a ticket for your favourite concert through the official ticket vendor. For all be-at venues, this is Tele Ticket Service or Ticketmaster.
Some time before the concert, you are confronted with a double agenda. You have no other option than to resell your tickets.
You can resell your ticket(s) provided that:
It concerns regular paid tickets. So no free tickets, VIP packages or special packages: hot tickets, early entry packages, etc.
You do it occasionally and you do not sell them at a higher price than the price mentioned on the ticket.
We strongly recommend to always sell the tickets to someone in your immediate circle(s), like family or friends. You are sure of your money, the buyer is sure of the tickets, but above all you are sure that the tickets with your personal data on them are in good hands.
Unfortunately, we are seeing more and more fraudulent resellers buying up tickets on social media and other second-hand marketplaces in order to resell them one or more times solely in the pursuit of profit. The tickets with your name on them, which you sold innocently online, may circulate among dozens of victims who end up disappointed at the entrance on the very evening of the event, with obvious consequences.
Unfortunately, professional resale sites do not offer a solution either. Unfortunately, these intermediaries are also dependent on the intentions of the suppliers who use their platform. Tele Ticket Service does not cooperate with resale sites and is not responsible for tickets offered or bought on such platforms.
Tip: always buy from the official ticket vendor and resell direct to trusted contacts (if there is no other option).
