Yes, absolutely. Provided the following rules are duly followed.
The sale is occasional and the sale price should not exceed the price mentioned on the ticket. Caution: free tickets, invitations, VIP tickets, arrangements, hot tickets, early entry packages, etc.. . should not be resold.
Can I recover my payment charges or dispatch costs? The price on the ticket is the maximum amount for which the ticket can be resold. Optional payment or dispatch costs that are not contained in the ticket price will be lost.
Tip: Be careful about auction sites, they sell ‘to the highest bidder’ and a minimum price is also specified but not a maximum price, and therefore your bid may become illegal without you realising it.
If you offer a platform to enable the resale of tickets, that is not a problem insofar as the persons offering tickets on the platform only use the platform to resell a ticket occasionally, and provided the sale price is not higher than the price mentioned on the ticket. Free tickets, invitations, VIP tickets, arrangements, hot tickets, early entry packages, etc.. .should not be offered for sale.
Tip: It is advisable to only pay the ticket provider after the date of the event – this will prevent fake tickets from being placed in the market.
