E-tickets are not always immediately available. Sometimes they are sent out postponed, at the earliest 4 weeks and at the latest 1 week before the event. Also read: What is a delayed delivery?
You can download your e-tickets in 2 ways:
1. By e-mail
As soon as your e-tickets are available for download, you will receive an e-mail. In this e-mail, you can download your tickets using the link provided or by clicking on the icon with the orange arrow.
2. Via 'My account' on our website
You can also download your tickets using your account on our website. Log in, click on your account and then choose 'My orders'. The green button 'Download e-ticket' shows that your tickets are available for download. If your tickets are not available yet, keep checking back as the event approaches.
Should you receive an error message while downloading available e-tickets, all you need to do is close the website and try again a few hours later. If you still can't get through, please contact us.
