You can change your email address via 'My Profile' on our website.
Often, a 'new' email address is refused because it is already linked to another account. An email address can only be registered once. Try an alternative address.
If an email address has already been registered, you will be asked to reset your password. Please follow the instructions on the screen and in the email.
You made a reservation and registered yourself with an incorrect email address while making the reservation.
You will therefore not receive our emails (confirmation of reservation, payment confirmation, e-tickets...). As you will not receive a login/password either, you will not be able to make any corrections yourself. Please contact us and provide us with as much information as possible:
• full name and address of the person who registered,
• name, date and time of the event for which you made a reservation.
If you have already paid online, please provide us with the date and time you paid, the amount and the payment method (Bancontact, Bancontact App, Visa, etc.).
Also send a (readable) proof of payment and state the correct email address.
When booking, you used a previously received login/password combination to log in, but the email address linked to your account is no longer valid.
In this case, please contact our customer service and be sure to give them your reservation number and your new email address. Please note that an email address can only be registered once!
