If you have made a reservation specifying details of a closed email account (or which has closed in the meantime), or a wrong email address, then it is obvious that your e-tickets cannot be delivered.
You can use the login and password with which you made the reservation to log in to our website to change your email address. (See: What information can I view on the site?
If you had registered yourself with a wrong email address, you will obviously also not be sent a login and password, and you can therefore also not log in to the website.
