You can cancel an unpaid reservation for which you have requested payment by bank transfer at any time. All you have to do is send us your reservation number. Or log into your account, go to 'My orders' and click 'Cancel reservation' for the event in question.
If you received an email with a payment link (to pay at a certain time via the Ingenico payment system), you can simply ignore it. Your reservation will automatically be deleted after the payment term has expired.
If you would like to change your unpaid reservation (number of tickets, date, etc.), please contact us.
If your payment has already been processed or is in the process of being processed (either by bank transfer, credit card payment application or other), we cannot (any longer) cancel or modify your reservation.
