Cancel an unpaid reservation
You can cancel an unpaid reservation for which you have requested payment by bank transfer at any time. Log into your account, go to 'My orders' and click 'Cancel reservation' for the event in question. Or get in touch and send us the reservation number you would like to cancel.
If you received an email with a payment link (to pay at a certain time via the Ingenico payment system), you can simply ignore it. Your reservation will automatically be deleted after the payment term has expired.
Modify an unpaid reservation
If you would like to change your unpaid reservation (number of tickets, date, etc.), please contact us.
If your payment has already been processed or is in the process of being processed (either by bank transfer, credit card payment application or other), we cannot (any longer) cancel or modify your reservation.
