Unpaid reservations for which a payment is requested by bank transfer can be cancelled at any time. It shall be sufficient to send us your reservation number.
If you did not receive an email with a payment link (to pay prior to a specific time via the Ogone payment system), you do not need to do anything further, and the reservation will be automatically deleted after the expiry of the specified time.
If you wish to change an unpaid reservation (number, date, etc..), please contact the call centre.

If the payment has already been processed, or if the payment is on its way (either by bank transfer or a request was made for credit card payment or other mode), you can no (longer) cancel or change your reservation.
