My credit card payment was declined

If your credit card payment was declined, the tickets will once again be available for sale. In case of doubt (since for example, you did not receive an e-mail confirmation), you can check the status of your reservation (and therefore of your payment as well) on our website.

If the credit card payment was declined and you want tickets, make a new reservation.

In order to prevent international credit card fraud, it is necessary for us to reject payments if the country of issue of the card in question is not the same as the country of the IP address from which the payment is requested.
