All reservations are confirmed via email. If you do not receive this confirmation, there may be several possible explanations for this.
There is a chance that the ticketing system is temporarily overloaded due to the large number of reservations. In that case, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at a later time. The automatically sent e-mail was probably intercepted by the spam filter and stored in a separate ‘folder’.
Or possibly you made a typo when entering your email address? You should therefore carefully check your contact details.
