As soon as the seats are booked, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail or by ordinary post and a payment invitation (unless you chose to make payment by debit card, credit card or i-Deal, in which case you will immediately be transferred to the Ogone payment site).
Your reservation is only final after payment. If you do not immediately receive a confirmation by email, it means that there may be a problem with your email address or that the message went into the spam filter. You can however always see the status of your order on our website.
Attention! In case of sale via ‘fast selling’, you will sometimes not be transferred to Ogone immediately, but will receive an email with a payment link later in the day.
