As soon as the seats are booked, you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. If you do not receive an immediate confirmation by e-mail, there may be a problem with your e-mail address or the message may have been caught in your spam filter. In any case, you can always consult your order again in your online account.
3. Ordering tickets for visitors with specific needs
Tickets for visitors with specific needs can be reserved via the contact form or by phone via our Customer Experience Center. The lines are open on weekdays in the morning exclusively (9 am till 12 pm) for visitors with specific needs.
