The payments for which the structured notification (digit notification) was stated as ordinary text or was incorrectly stated cannot be automatically processed and will be treated as invalid payments.
Our staff will process these payments on the basis of bank statements, to the extent possible. However, it may take up to five days for us to process your payments in this manner. If the name and address of the account holder are identical to the data of the person ordering the ticket, it will in all probability be possible for us to confirm your payment.
Note to persons in the Netherlands: Banks in the Netherlands do not provide address information along with the payment details, and therefore the reference must at least specify a customer or reservation number in order to ensure that a payment is processed.
