The document contains the total amount due, the account number (in SEPA form, IBAN and BIC) and the 12 digit message. Always use this structured communication (OGM code)! It helps your financial institution to execute the payment faster and it enables us to link your payment directly to your reservation.

Please note: For events that are sold via the fast-selling mode, we only send out the payment invitations after the rush of orders. This means that the 'waiting time' for receiving the payment invitation can be up to five hours after the start of the sale.
Fast-sellings can also affect the speed with which payment invitations for other events are delivered.
