Was my payment correctly received?

If your payment was received, we will immediately send you the ordered e-tickets via email, or a payment confirmation if you had selected a different delivery method.

If you are not totally sure about the correct execution of your payment, you can check this on the website under the ‘Status tickets’ (My Account) button. If no payment is recorded here as well, please contact us and send us the proof of payment (starting from five working days from the date of making the payment).
