If you make a reservation on our website and you wish to pay online with a bank or credit card, you will be immediately directed to a payment page. Are you unable to pay immediately? No problem, after half an hour you will receive a payment reminder by e-mail. You can also always try to pay again via 'My orders' section of your online profile. - Bank transfer
If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail with all the necessary details within half an hour after placing your order. Be sure to use the structured message so we can link your payment to the correct reservation.
Reservation through our Customer Experience Center:
When you make a reservation through our colleagues at the Customer Experience Center, you will always receive a payment request by e-mail. This applies to electronic payments by bank or credit card as well as to bank transfers. You will also find all payment details in the 'My orders' section of your online profile.
