Céline Dion's concerts on 17, 18 and 20 September 2023 at Sportpaleis Antwerp have been cancelled.
Ticket buyers can request a refund and should take into account the information below:
- A request can be made per reservation via the refund form. And this within 30 days of receiving the e-mail about the cancellation.
- After submitting the request, a confirmation of the refund request will be sent via e-mail.
- One should note that due to the large number of requests, it may take around four weeks to process everything correctly.
- Once the refund has been processed and passed on to the bank, an email will be sent to confirm the refund.
